B2B Diagnostic, Digital Framework, Sprint & Pricing Plan Terms & Refund Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

Version: 2.1

These B2B Diagnostic, Digital Framework, Sprint & Pricing Plan Terms & Refund Policy apply to buyers acting in the course of business. They govern the exact offers named below when the relevant offer is public, buyable and presented through the authorised Saulius Systems Wix checkout, unless a later written scope, proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties expressly replaces a clause.

1. Seller, price, tax and contact

Contracting seller: Q9 TRADE LIMITED (company number 09194117), trading as Saulius Systems.

Registered office: 21 Heavitree Road, Exeter, England, EX1 2LD.

Support and legal-notice contact: Europe@saulius-systems.com.

Prices are stated in GBP. No VAT is added to the offers covered by these terms. Any checkout total displayed by Wix controls the payment amount for an accepted order. The Wix order confirmation or payment receipt confirms the order/payment record only; it is not represented as a VAT invoice. A buyer needing payment documentation should contact Europe@saulius-systems.com with the order reference; the Provider will respond in accordance with its applicable legal and tax obligations.

A Booking, contact-form submission, email or verbal discussion is not payment, scope acceptance or an instruction to begin work. Do not send card details, bank credentials, passwords, API keys, tokens or payment data through a Booking note, form or email.

A private or non-buyable Plan is not an offer to sell. The buyer is the business organisation identified at checkout, and the person completing checkout confirms they are authorised to act for that organisation. A person purchasing wholly or mainly outside a trade, business, craft or profession must contact the Provider before payment so that appropriate terms can be agreed.

3. Common human scope acceptance and delivery boundary

Each paid offer creates a request for a human scope review. It does not automatically authorise access to a buyer system, start implementation, accept confidential or sensitive inputs, create a managed-service commitment, or require the Provider to accept work outside the stated boundary.

The Provider will acknowledge a paid order and review the minimum necessary, buyer-provided, non-sensitive business context within two business days. If accepted, the Provider and buyer will record the final scope, named decision owner, expected timing, assumptions and material exclusions in writing before substantive work begins.

The Provider may decline, defer or refer a request that is unsafe, outside the stated scope, dependent on restricted information or access, unavailable capability, unresolved rights or insufficient delivery capacity. If the Provider declines a request before human work begins, the buyer may choose a full refund or credit toward another mutually agreed fixed-scope offer.

4. Store diagnostics, Digital Framework and Sprints

Except for the First AI Workflow Delivery Framework clause below, each Store diagnostic or Sprint purchase provides the product's secure digital Buyer Pack after payment and reserves a manual review of the stated use case. A purchase does not automatically authorise access to a buyer system or oblige the Provider to accept work outside the published boundary.

First AI Workflow Delivery Framework — £12

This is a self-guided digital planning product. After successful payment, Wix makes the secure digital Framework available. It is not a request for a human scope review and does not reserve a manual review, human session, custom audit, custom recommendation or delivery capacity.

The Framework supports internal planning for one prospective AI workflow using high-level, non-sensitive business context. It excludes tailored advice, a scope acceptance, system access, source-code review, credentials, configuration, integration, implementation, deployment, hosting, monitoring, managed support, security/compliance/legal/tax advice, KPI or ROI work and outcome guarantees.

The Framework is for the buyer's internal business planning only. It may not be resold, redistributed, published as a product or represented as the buyer's own framework without the Provider's written permission.

The Custom AI Workflow Audit includes one 60-minute session after manual scope acceptance and a concise workflow decision brief for up to 15–20 buyer-selected SOPs.

The Market & Competitive Intelligence Brief provides a research question and evidence-boundary review, then a human-written findings and decision-options brief if accepted.

The AI Gateway & Multi-Model Routing Assessment includes one 60-minute working session after acceptance and a high-level architecture decision brief.

The AI Context & Token Efficiency Audit includes a manual scope review, one working session after acceptance, a context/token-use decision map and a human-written recommendations brief.

Each £500 Sprint is a bounded, human-led, non-production discovery or design engagement for one agreed decision space. It includes only the stated Buyer Pack and manual acceptance review until the parties confirm final scope, deliverables, timetable and material assumptions in writing. The target Sprint window is up to four weeks after acceptance. No purchase alone obliges the Provider to build, host, integrate, deploy or operate a system.

5. One-time Pricing Plan scope

AI Workflow Opportunity Scan — £299

Subject to human scope acceptance, this Plan includes one human-led working session of up to 60 minutes, one priority workflow map based on buyer-provided high-level non-sensitive context, and one concise human decision note ordinarily provided within three business days after the session. It covers one workflow for one buyer organisation and excludes multi-department portfolio work, system access, implementation, coding, configuration, procurement, ROI calculations, customer/personal data and outcome guarantees.

AI Systems Cost & Context Review — £450

Subject to human scope acceptance, this Plan includes a high-level human review of a buyer-provided non-sensitive usage, cost and context description, a working session of up to 60 minutes where accepted, and a human recommendation memo addressing measurement, context and routing questions. It excludes production logs, source code, credentials, customer/employee data, automated analysis, configuration work, savings guarantees and implementation. The Provider does not validate actual vendor billing, system telemetry or production performance.

Architecture & Workflow Map Reservation — £500

Subject to human eligibility review and written scope acceptance, this Plan includes a human eligibility review, one fixed-scope non-production architecture and workflow map, and one factual revision cycle using approved non-sensitive inputs only. The target discovery/design window is up to four weeks after acceptance, subject to the agreed scope and capacity. It is not a production deployment, managed service, security assessment, automated data-processing offer or commitment to build, host, integrate or operate a system.

First AI Workflow Delivery — £2,497

Subject to human scope acceptance, this Plan covers one prospective workflow for one buyer organisation. It includes one scheduled human-led scope workshop of up to 90 minutes, then one written delivery blueprint ordinarily supplied within five business days after that workshop. The blueprint covers a workflow map, implementation options, acceptance criteria, material dependencies and risks, and a next-step proposal. The five-business-day target starts only after the workshop takes place and the Provider has the minimum necessary buyer-provided non-sensitive context.

This Plan does not include a build, prototype, code, configuration, integration, platform set-up, model training, purchase of software, hosting, security test, production access, credential handling, data processing, source-code review, deployment, support, monitoring, managed service, staff training, compliance/security certification, ROI calculation or outcome guarantee. Any later build, access, implementation or production activity requires a separate written scope or statement of work accepted by both parties. The delivered blueprint is internal planning support, not a production runbook, security assessment, legal/compliance advice, procurement decision, software licence, delivery guarantee or commitment to perform later implementation work.

AI Systems Design Sprint — £1,497

Subject to diagnostic qualification and written scope acceptance, this Plan includes a five-business-day human-led design sprint, a decision architecture and dependency map, and an acceptance-questions and next-step brief. It excludes production build, coding, configuration, data migration, hosting, security testing, managed support, customer-data processing, AI Twin/GCP connection and deployment. Any implementation is proposal/invoice-led under separate accepted terms.

6. Recurring Pricing Plan scope, renewal and cancellation

Leader's Playbook & Growth Partnership — £1,497/month

For each paid monthly billing period, and subject to an agreed Service Schedule, this Plan includes up to two pre-scheduled human strategic advisory sessions of up to 60 minutes each, one prioritised review of the buyer's agreed decision backlog, and concise written next-step notes following that review. A written advisory request sent to Europe@saulius-systems.com will be acknowledged within two business days. An acknowledgement confirms receipt only; it is not a commitment to complete a request, provide a recommendation, accept a new scope or respond outside the agreed allocation.

Before the first human session in a paid period, the Provider and buyer must agree a short Service Schedule identifying the named decision owner, agreed advisory topic/backlog, proposed session dates, expected written output, assumptions and exclusions. The Service Schedule may narrow or schedule the included allocation; it cannot expand the allocation, create an on-call commitment or authorise implementation, access or data processing without a separately accepted written scope. Unused included sessions do not carry forward, accumulate, convert to credit or create a refund entitlement, unless the Provider cancels or cannot reasonably reschedule a confirmed session.

This Plan is not an on-call arrangement, a dedicated architect allocation, a managed service, monitoring service, operational SLA, continuous optimisation service, tool-access subscription, implementation engagement, procurement service, system administration service, recruitment service, data-processing service or guarantee of revenue, growth, cost saving, compliance, security, uptime or other business result.

AI Systems Advisory Continuity — £1,497/month

Subject to an agreed Service Schedule, this Plan may cover a human-reviewed monthly advisory cadence and decision-backlog review for an existing diagnostic or design buyer. It excludes any on-call SLA, managed service, monitoring, autonomous remediation, system administration, customer-data processing, AI Twin/GCP connection or implementation commitment. Its exact session allocation, expected written output, availability assumptions and exclusions must be recorded in the Service Schedule before human work begins.

The recurring Plans renew monthly through the payment method displayed at checkout until cancelled. A buyer may request cancellation for a future renewal through Wix customer controls where available or by writing to Europe@saulius-systems.com with the order reference. Cancellation stops future renewal charges once processed by the payment platform; it does not retrospectively cancel an already-paid period or accepted/scheduled human service, except where applicable law requires otherwise. The Provider will acknowledge cancellation requests within one business day.

7. Data, access, confidentiality and AI-use boundary

The standard delivery route is human-led and uses only the minimum necessary buyer-provided non-sensitive business context. Do not provide passwords, API keys, tokens, secrets, payment data, personal/customer/employee/candidate/health/financial or regulated data, raw prompts/logs, production exports, confidential buyer documents, source code, security configurations, network diagrams or material the buyer is not authorised to disclose.

No purchase authorises the Provider to access a buyer system, connect an integration, process customer data, train a model, act through an external agent or deploy to production. Buyer information is not intentionally routed to an AI Twin, GCP service, external AI model, external agent, recruitment system, Google Ads system or third-party automation under these offers. Any different data/access route requires a separate written scope, data-handling/security review and acceptance criteria before information or access is supplied.

Each party must protect the other's confidential business information and use it only to administer or deliver the accepted human-led scope, subject to applicable law.

8. Rescheduling, refunds and complaints

For the First AI Workflow Delivery Framework, delivery is the secure digital file made available through Wix after successful payment. The buyer should report an access or delivery issue to Europe@saulius-systems.com with the Wix order reference. Once the digital file has been made available, the fee is non-refundable except where the Provider fails to provide the stated file and does not cure that failure within five business days after written notice, or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before a human session is scheduled or written scope is confirmed, the buyer may request a full refund, provided no human-led work has begun. One confirmed human session may be rescheduled without charge with at least two business days' notice, subject to reasonable availability.

If the Provider accepts a scope but cannot provide the agreed human-led portion, the buyer may request a full refund or a mutually agreed later date. After a human session, written deliverable or accepted Service Schedule has begun, fees are non-refundable except where the Provider fails to provide the stated included activity and does not cure that failure within five business days after written notice, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Refunds are returned through the original Wix payment method where feasible and subject to applicable law.

The Provider will acknowledge order, delivery-issue or complaint communications within one business day. Scope, payment, delivery, refund, data-boundary and escalation decisions are human decisions; automation or AI output is not contractual acceptance.

9. Intellectual property, exclusions and decision responsibility

Once the relevant fee is paid, the buyer may use an accepted written deliverable internally for its own business planning. The Provider retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, checklists, frameworks, tools, know-how and generic materials. The buyer may not resell, redistribute, publish as a product, or represent a Provider framework/deliverable as its own without written permission. No offer transfers a software licence, source-code licence, product IP, partner right or right to use third-party infrastructure.

All offers are advisory and non-production unless a later written agreement expressly says otherwise. They exclude implementation, coding, configuration, integrations, deployment, testing, monitoring, hosting, managed support, system access, source-code review, legal/compliance/security advice or certification, procurement/vendor selection, data migration, autonomous automation, model training, recruitment/placement, financial/investment advice and regulatory assurance.

The Provider does not guarantee ROI, revenue, cost saving, funding, compliance, security, uptime, a deployment timeline, model performance, commercial results or technical outcomes. The buyer remains responsible for its decisions, implementation, operational controls, compliance, security, staff actions, vendor selection and business results.

10. Privacy, communications and governing law

Marketing communication requires separate consent. The published Privacy Policy applies alongside these terms.

These terms and non-contractual obligations connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Document control: Version 2.1, issued 12 October 2026. This B2B product-terms document is not legal, tax or regulatory advice to the buyer.
